Ingredients

yerba mate leaf, hibiscus flowers, dandelion leaf, burdock root, sencha green tea, schisandra berry, acai berry and calendula petals. Organic ingredients are used whenever available.

Directions

Drink 2 cups daily. One cup in the morning before breakfast and 1 cup in the afternoon before dinner. Shake the pouch to evenly distribute the tea. Add 1 teaspoon (1.5 g) of OQ loose leaf Slim Blend tea to a strainer/infuser, then place it in a cup with 8 oz (250 ml) of freshly boiled water and allow to steep 3-5 minutes. Remove strainer and enjoy warm or chilled.
