Add 1 teaspoon (1.5 g) of OQ loose leaf Slim Blend tea to a strainer/infuser, then place it in a cup with 8 oz (250 ml) of freshly boiled water and allow to steep 3-5 minutes. Remove strainer and enjoy warm or chilled.

Colon Cleanse Tea: Drink 1 cup in the evening an hour before bedtime. Shake the pouch to evenly distribute the tea. Add 1 teaspoon (3 g) of OQ loose leaf Colon Cleanse tea to a strainer/infuser then place in a cup with 8oz (250ml) of freshly boiled water and allow to steep 3-5 minutes. Remove strainer and enjoy warm or chilled.
